  • Primary Carrier: FedEx (Standard, Express, and Overnight options available depending on location)

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated in real-time at checkout using FedEx API, based on:

    • Package weight & dimensions

    • Delivery address (ZIP code & country)

    • Selected delivery speed (Ground, 2-Day, Overnight, etc.)

📍 You will see your shipping cost before completing the order.


📦 Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may ship the following business day

  • Subscription Boxes: Ship every Monday to ensure freshness


🌎 Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping: Available to all 50 states

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a valid street address.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time

  • Free Shipping is automatically applied to eligible promotions (e.g., subscription boxes, order thresholds) and shown at checkout.

  • Some products or categories may not qualify for free shipping based on weight or shipping zone.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

  • Track your order anytime via your “My Account” page or directly on the FedEx website.
