At High-Four, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Item Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods such as food and treats that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error on our part.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@high-four.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
💳 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If the return is approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@high-four.com.
Note: We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if the policy conditions are not met.
